The Project consists of two facilities: Highland 4, a 65-megawatt facility that occupies 582 acres, and Highland 2, a 35-megawatt facility that occupies 222 acres. The project generates clean, renewable electricity which is delivered to the regional grid through Dayton Power &amp; Light\u2019s Clay Substation. The project received OPSB approval on March 18th, 2021 for the Highland 4 facility (<a href=\"https:\/\/dis.puc.state.oh.us\/CaseRecord.aspx?CaseNo=20-1288-EL-BGN\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">20-1288-EL-BGN<\/a>). As part of the siting process, environmental resources, natural resources, and visual impacts were considered and impacts were minimized.
