Carolyne Murff

Carolyne joined Clearlight Energy in 2026 and serves as Chief Executive Officer. She has over 30 years of experience in the power sector across public, private, regulated, and non-regulated organizations.

Most recently, Carolyne served as Chief Operating Officer of REV Renewables where she managed operations of a nearly 3GW renewable portfolio consisting of over 25 facilities and oversaw construction of multiple solar and battery-energy-storage facilities. Before REV, Carolyne spent 17 years at LS Power as Head of Asset Management overseeing the operations and commercial activities of over 15,000 MW of power generation across more than 20 facilities. She also served on the Investment Committee supporting LS Power’s acquisition and divestiture activities.

Prior to joining LS Power, Carolyne held various positions in acquisition/divesture, development, construction, asset management, and the operation of power generation facilities in domestic and international power markets. In addition, Carolyne serves as a Board Director of several renewable energy companies.

Carolyne holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
